Rising Sun Tigers (North East, MD) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Patterson Mill (Bel Air, MD), 15-2 in a league test.

With the win, Rising Sun upgrades its record to 5-9 on the season. The Tigers travel to Oxford (Oxford, PA) to battle the Hornets in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 3. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 9-4. Oxford won 9-4 in their recent league test against Avon Grove (West Grove, PA)

With the defeat, Patterson Mill falls to 9-8 on the season.
