Alabama High School Softball - Dallas County bounces Selma
April 27, 2022: Selma, AL 36701 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Dallas County Hornets (Plantersville, AL) and the host Selma Saints (Selma, AL), witnessed Dallas County's softball squad prevail over Selma by a count of 16-7.
The Hornets now sport a 6-7 record. They play next when they host Keith for a non-league match on Monday, May 2. Dallas County will face a Bears squad coming off a 7-5 non-league win over Greensboro (Greensboro, AL). The Bears record now stands at 11-7.
With the loss, Selma moves to 5-9 on the season. The Saints travel to Demopolis (Demopolis, AL) to face the Tigers in a non-league match on Monday, May 2. The Tigers go into the match with a record of 14-15. Demopolis won 4-2 in their recent non-league match against Bibb County (Centreville, AL)
