California High School Softball - South Fork bounces Ferndale
April 27, 2022: Miranda, CA 95553 The crowd at Wednesday's league match between the South Fork Cubs (Miranda, CA) and the visiting Ferndale Wildcats (Ferndale, CA), saw South Fork's softball squad achieve victory over Ferndale by a count of 13-3.
The Cubs now sport a 7-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hoopa Valley for a Little 7 match on Friday, April 29. South Fork will face a Warriors squad coming off a 19-3 league win over St. Bernard's (Eureka, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 13-4.
With the loss, Ferndale falls to 2-11 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Hoopa Valley (Hoopa, CA) to face the Warriors in a Little 7 match on Tuesday, May 3. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 15-4. Hoopa Valley won 10-0 in their recent league match against South Fork (Miranda, CA)
