April 27, 2023: Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 The Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL) volleyball were winner over the visiting Fremd Vikings (Palatine, IL), 2-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.
With the win, Glenbard South betters its record to 16-3 on the year. The Raiders travel to Niles North (Skokie, IL) to face the Vikings in a non-league outing on Saturday, April 29. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 20-4. Niles North won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Maine East (Park Ridge, IL)
The Vikings now sport a 18-7 record. They play next when they travel to Palatine for a Mid Suburban outing on Tuesday, May 2. Fremd will face a Pirates squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL). The Pirates record now stands at 13-10.
