April 27, 2024: St. Louis, MO 63110 The St. Louis University Junior Bills got by the visiting Burroughs Bombers baseball team by a count of 5-4 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Junior Bills now possess a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Parkway South for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 30. St. Louis University will face a Patriots team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Lindbergh (St. Louis, MO). The Patriots record now stands at 19-5.
Next, the Bombers face the Lutheran South Lancers (St. Louis, MO) in a Class 5 District 2 bout, on Wednesday, May 1. Burroughs will attempt to move on its 9-16 season record. The Lancers enter the bout with a 14-13 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Vianney (Kirkwood, MO).
