April 28, 2022: Mound City, KS 66056 The Jayhawk Linn Jayhawks got by the visiting Uniontown Eagles softball squad by a final score of 7-6 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Jayhawks (6-1) will now prepare for their battle against Prairie View (La Cygne, KS). The Buffalos go into the non-league battle with a 5-1 record.
The Eagles now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Southeast for a non-league battle on Monday, May 2. Uniontown will meet a Lancers squad coming off a 19-4 non-league win over Altoona-Midway (Buffalo, KS). The Lancers record now stands at 5-3.
