The New Palestine Dragons the host East Central Trojans baseball team by a count of 7-5 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Dragons now possess a 11-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Warren Central for a non-league bout on Monday, May 1. New Palestine will face a Warriors team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Plainfield (Plainfield, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 11-4.
