The New Palestine Dragons baseball team (New Palestine, IN), was overwhelmed 7-3 in Friday's non-league outing with the host Connersville Spartans (Connersville, IN)

The Spartans now hold a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Dearborn for a Eastern Indiana outing on Monday, May 8. Connersville will confront a Knights team coming off a 12-0 league loss to East Central (St. Leon, IN). The Knights record now stands at 9-10.

Next, the Dragons confront the Whiteland Warriors (Whiteland, IN) in a non-league outing, on Monday, May 8. New Palestine will attempt to advance on its 13-6 season record. The Warriors go into the outing with a 8-9 record after their 14-4 non-league loss to Center Grove (Greenwood, IN).
