California High School Baseball - Weed loses to Trinity

April 28, 2023: Weaverville, CA 96093

The Trinity Wolves crushed the visiting Weed Cougars baseball team by a count of 10-0 in Friday's league bout.

The Wolves now possess a 9-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hoopa Valley for a non-league bout on Tuesday, May 2. Trinity will face a Warriors team coming off a 12-0 league loss to St. Bernard's (Eureka, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-15.

Next, the Cougars face the Mt. Shasta Bears (Mt. Shasta, CA) in a Shasta Cascade bout, on Monday, May 1. Weed will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Bears enter the bout with a 10-6 record after their 18-0 non-league loss to Colusa (Colusa, CA).
