Texas High School Softball - Iowa Park bounces Peaster
April 28, 2023: Iowa Park, TX 76367 Iowa Park Hawks (Iowa Park, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Peaster Greyhounds (Peaster, TX), 16-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Hawks now sport a 31-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Merkel for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 4. Iowa Park will face a Badgers squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Blanco (Blanco, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 12-6.
With the loss, Peaster falls to 13-12 on the campaign.
