Washington High School Softball - Mt. Spokane bounces Lewis & Clark
April 28, 2023: Spokane, WA 99204 Mt. Spokane Wildcats (Mead, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Lewis & Clark Tigers (Spokane, WA), 16-0 in a league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 16-1 record. They take the field next when they host Ridgeline for a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane challenge on Tuesday, May 2. Mt. Spokane will battle a Falcons squad coming off a 9-8 league win over Gonzaga Prep (Spokane, WA). The Falcons record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, Lewis & Clark falls to 3-12 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Ferris (Spokane, WA) to battle the Saxons in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane challenge on Tuesday, May 2. The Saxons enter the challenge with a record of 5-11. Ferris lost 22-6 in their recent league challenge against Central Valley (Spokane Valley, WA)
