In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Blacksburg Bruins lacrosse squad scored a good 20-1 triumph over the Franklin County Eagles.

The Bruins (9-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA). The Blue Demons go into the Seminole challenge with a 0-8 record. In their last challenge, Christiansburg was overwhelmed by Hidden Valley (Roanoke, VA), 22-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Cave Spring Knights (Roanoke, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 30. Franklin County will attempt to better on its 1-7 season record. The Knights go into the challenge with a 1-8 record after their 18-6 league loss to Salem (Salem, VA).
