South Carolina High School Softball - Bluffton bounces Whale Branch
April 28, 2025: Beaufort, SC 29940 The Bluffton Bobcats softball team scored 21 runs and held the host Whale Branch Warriors to 3 in the Bobcats non-league win on Monday.
The Bobcats now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host May River for a AAAA Region 6 challenge on Wednesday, April 30. Bluffton will meet a Sharks squad coming off a 7-4 league win over Colleton County (Walterboro, SC). The Sharks record now stands at 12-6.
The Warriors (2-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Academic Magnet (North Charleston, SC). The Raptors enter the non-league challenge with a 1-8 record. In their last challenge, Academic Magnet was routed by Lowcountry Leadership (Hollywood, SC), 15-13, in a non-league challenge.
