April 28, 2025: Eugene, OR 97401 The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Junction City Tigers (Junction City, OR) and the host Marist Spartans (Eugene, OR), observed Junction City's softball team get by Marist by a tally of 20-17.
The Tigers (8-7) will now prepare for their bout against Creswell (Creswell, OR). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 6-7 record. In their last bout, Creswell was routed by Elmira (Elmira, OR), 15-5, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Cottage Grove Lions (Cottage Grove, OR) in a 4A Sky Em bout, on Tuesday, April 29. Marist will attempt to advance on its 7-8 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 7-5 record after their 10-0 league win over Marshfield (Coos Bay, OR).
