The Burrell Bucs (Lower Burrell, PA) baseball got by the host Deer Lakes Lancers (Russellton, PA), 1-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Bucs now own a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Armstrong for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 30. Burrell will clash with a River Hawks team coming off a 8-4 league loss to Greater Latrobe (Latrobe, PA). The River Hawks record now stands at 3-13.

With the defeat, Deer Lakes drops to 5-16 on the year. The Lancers host Knoch (Saxonburg, PA) to clash with the Knights in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 2. The Knights go into the challenge with a record of 15-6.
