The Ellis Railroaders (Ellis, KS) baseball trounced the host Skyline Thunderbirds (Pratt, KS), 16-3 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Railroaders now own a 15-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Larned for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 1. Ellis will clash with a Indians team coming off a 9-2 non-league win over Hugoton (Hugoton, KS). The Indians record now stands at 5-10.

With the defeat, Skyline drops to 3-15 on the year. The Thunderbirds travel to Lyons (Lyons, KS) to clash with the Lions in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 4. The Lions go into the challenge with a record of 11-8.
