In Tuesday's league test, the Harrison Hornets (Harrison, MI) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Gladwin Flying G's (Gladwin, MI), by a tally of 18-8.

Next, the Hornets clash with the Shepherd Bluejays (Shepherd, MI) in a Jack Pine test, on Thursday, April 30. Harrison will attempt to advance on its 4-8 season record. The Bluejays go into the test with a 7-3 record after their 13-11 non-league win over Ogemaw Heights (West Branch, MI).

The Flying G's (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Meridian (Sanford, MI). The Mustangs go into the Jack Pine test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, Meridian prevailed over Standish-Sterling (Standish, MI), 8-7, in a league test.
