The Copper Basin Cougars softball team (Copperhill, TN), was routed 10-0 in Friday's league test with the host Lookout Valley Yellowjackets (Chattanooga, TN)

Coming up next, the Yellowjackets clash with the Chattanooga Central Pounders (Harrison, TN) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 2. Lookout Valley will attempt to improve on its 13-14 season record. The Pounders come into the test with a 17-10 record after their 15-3 non-league win over Grace Baptist Academy (Chattanooga, TN).

The Cougars (5-10) will now prepare for their test against Polk County (Benton, TN). The Wildcats come into the non-league test with a 8-10 record. In their last test, Polk County was routed by Bradley Central (Cleveland, TN), 15-0, in a non-league test.
