Kansas High School Softball - Olathe East St. James Academy
April 29, 2023: Olathe, KS 66062 Olathe East Hawks (Olathe, KS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting St. James Academy Thunder (Lenexa, KS), 9-6 in a non-league challenge.
The Hawks now own a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they host Olathe North for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 2. Olathe East will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Olathe South (Olathe, KS). The Eagles record now stands at 11-2.
With the loss, St. James Academy falls to 1-10 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to Blue Valley North (Overland Park, KS) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 9. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 2-8.
