Ohio High School Softball - Fairfield Union bounces Hamilton Township
April 29, 2024: Lancaster, OH 43130 Fairfield Union Falcons (Lancaster, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Hamilton Township Rangers (Columbus, OH), 14-0 in a league challenge.
The Falcons now own a 10-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Teays Valley for a Mid-State - Buckeye challenge on Tuesday, April 30. Fairfield Union will battle a Vikings squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Circleville (Circleville, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 14-4.
With the loss, Hamilton Township falls to 3-15 on the campaign. The Rangers travel to Olentangy Orange (Lewis Center, OH) to battle the Pioneers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 30. The Pioneers enter the challenge with a record of 12-5. Olentangy Orange won 5-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Pleasant (Marion, OH)
