April 29, 2024: Piscataway, NJ 08854 Perth Amboy Panthers (Perth Amboy, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Piscataway Chiefs (Piscataway, NJ), 19-6 in a league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Franklin for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 1. Perth Amboy will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 14-1 league win over Voorhees (Glen Gardner, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 10-5.
With the loss, Piscataway falls to 1-12 on the campaign. The Chiefs host Monroe Township (Monroe Township, NJ) to battle the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 29. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 5-6.
