The Princeton Bulldogs (Princeton, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Beddingfield Bruins (Wilson, NC), 12-1 in Tuesday's league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 14-6 record. They take the field next when they host North Johnston for a Neuse Six 2A challenge on Thursday, May 1. Princeton will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 15-0 league win over Eastern Wayne (Goldsboro, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 16-7.

With the defeat, Beddingfield drops to 2-17 on the year. The Bruins host Spring Creek (Seven Springs, NC) to clash with the Gators in a Neuse Six 2A challenge on Thursday, May 1. The Gators go into the challenge with a record of 6-8. Spring Creek lost 15-0 in their recent league challenge against Goldsboro (Goldsboro, NC)
