April 29, 2025: West Columbia, SC 29169 The Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles soccer squad scored 8 points and held the visiting Brookland-Cayce Bearcats to 1 in the War Eagles league victory on Tuesday.
The War Eagles now hold a 20-2 record. They play next when they host Sumter for a non-league bout on Wednesday, April 30. Gray Collegiate Academy will encounter a Gamecocks squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to West Florence (Florence, SC). The Gamecocks record now stands at 5-13.
With the loss, Brookland-Cayce moves to 10-11 on the year. The Bearcats host Aiken (Aiken, SC) to encounter the Fighting Green Hornets in a AAAA Region 4 bout on Wednesday, April 30.
