Virginia High School Baseball - Central Woodstock loses to Page County
April 29, 2025: Shenandoah, VA 22849 Page County Panthers (Shenandoah, VA) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Central Woodstock Falcons (Woodstock, VA), 5-2 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Page County advances its record to 4-11 on the season. The Panthers travel to Clarke County (Berryville, VA) to battle the Eagles in a non-league match on Thursday, May 1. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 4-7. Clarke County won 6-4 in their recent non-league match against Berkeley Springs (Berkeley Springs, WV)
The Falcons now have a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madison County for a non-league match on Friday, May 2. Central Woodstock will battle a Mountaineers squad coming off a 6-4 non-league loss to Luray (Luray, VA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 2-11.
