Tennessee High School Soccer - Independence Academy knocks off KIPP Global
April 29, 2025: Antioch, TN 37031 In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Independence Academy Lions soccer squad scored a tight 5-2 win over the KIPP Global Huskies.
The Lions (11-1) will now prepare for their outing against Pearl-Cohn (Nashville, TN). The Firebirds enter the A District 8 outing with a 1-7 record. In their last outing, Pearl-Cohn by Stem Preparatory Academy (Nashville, TN), 7-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Huskies confront the Cane Ridge Ravens (Nashville, TN) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, May 1. KIPP Global will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Ravens enter the outing with a 9-4 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Clarksville (Clarksville, TN).
