New York High School Lacrosse - Patchogue-Medford drops to Walt Whitman
April 3, 2023: Huntington Station, NY 11746 In Monday's league test, the host Walt Whitman Wildcats lacrosse squad scored a good 12-2 victory over the Patchogue-Medford Raiders.
The Wildcats now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sachem East for a Section 11 I test on Tuesday, April 11. Walt Whitman will face a squad coming off a 16-4 league loss to Ward Melville (East Setauket, NY). The record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Raiders face the Connetquot T-Birds (Bohemia, NY) in a Section 11 I test, on Tuesday, April 11. Patchogue-Medford will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The T-Birds come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 16-1 league win over Brentwood (Brentwood, NY).
