The Richland County Tigers routed the host Oblong Panthers softball squad by a final score of 13-0 in Monday's non-league battle.

The Tigers (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Clay City (Clay City, IL). The Wolves go into the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Clay City notched a victory over Cisne (Cisne, IL), 12-0, in a league battle.

The Panthers now possess a 0-7 record. They play next when they host Cumberland for a Lincoln Prairie battle on Wednesday, April 5. Oblong will meet a Pirates squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Hutsonville/Palestine (Palestine, IL). The Pirates record now stands at 2-5.
