Alabama High School Softball - St. Clair County bounces Etowah
April 3, 2024: Odenville, AL 35120 St. Clair County Fighting Saints (Odenville, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Etowah Blue Devils (Attalla, AL), 10-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Fighting Saints now own a 6-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gardendale for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 4. St. Clair County will battle a Rockets squad coming off a 17-0 league win over Center Point (Birmingham, AL). The Rockets record now stands at 15-5.
With the loss, Etowah falls to 9-14 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Oneonta (Oneonta, AL) to battle the Redskins in a 4A Area 12 challenge on Thursday, April 4. The Redskins enter the challenge with a record of 8-18. Oneonta lost 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against West End (Walnut Grove, AL)
