April 3, 2025: LaSalle, IL 61301 The LaSalle-Peru Cavaliers (LaSalle, IL) baseball trounced the visiting Mendota Trojans (Mendota, IL), 9-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Cavaliers now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host Newark for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 9.
With the defeat, Mendota drops to 4-3 on the year. The Trojans travel to Hall (Spring Valley, IL) to clash with the Red Devils in a Three Rivers challenge on Tuesday, April 8. The Red Devils go into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Hall lost 9-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Ottawa (Ottawa, IL)
