The Salem Spartans lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the host Jefferson Forest Cavaliers to 3 in the Spartans league triumph on Thursday.

The Spartans now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Western Albemarle for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 9. Salem will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 11-10 non-league win over Cosby (Midlothian, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-0.
