April 3, 2025: Las Cruces, NM 88001 Las Cruces Bulldawgs (Las Cruces, NM) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Mayfield Trojans (Las Cruces, NM), 4-3 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Las Cruces advances its record to 10-1 on the season. The Bulldawgs travel to Gadsden (Anthony, NM) to battle the Panthers in a non-league match on Monday, April 7. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 5-5. Gadsden lost 10-0 in their recent non-league match against Organ Mountain (Las Cruces, NM)
The Trojans now have a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Centennial for a non-league match on Monday, April 7. Mayfield will battle a Hawks squad coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM). The Hawks record now stands at 5-4.
