The Vista del Lago Eagles overwhelmed the visiting Oak Ridge Trojans softball squad by a count of 8-3 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Bella Vista Broncos (Fair Oaks, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, April 4. Vista del Lago will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Broncos go into the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 16-0 league loss to Woodcreek (Roseville, CA).

The Trojans (3-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Folsom (Folsom, CA). The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Folsom held off Del Oro (Loomis, CA), 5-3, in a league challenge.
