Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Seneca Valley overwhelms Hempfield Area
April 3, 2025: Greensburg, PA 15601 The Seneca Valley Raiders lacrosse squad scored 20 points and limited the host Hempfield Area Spartans to 9 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Raiders now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Shady Side Academy for a WPIAL 3A 2 challenge on Monday, April 7. Seneca Valley will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 16-7 non-league loss to Western Reserve Academy (Hudson, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-2.
The Spartans now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Penn-Trafford for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 8. Hempfield Area will encounter a Warriors team coming off a 19-0 league loss to Greensburg Central Catholic (Greensburg, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-3.
