Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Springfield bounces Lower Merion
April 3, 2025: Springfield, PA 19064 In Thursday's league contest, the host Springfield Cougars lacrosse squad scored a good 16-1 triumph over the Lower Merion Aces.
The Cougars (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Spring-Ford (Royersford, PA). The Rams go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Spring-Ford knocked off Kennett (Kennett Square, PA), 12-7, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Aces meet the Radnor Raptors (Radnor, PA) in a Central contest, on Thursday, April 10. Lower Merion will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.

The Cougars of Springfield High School with another dominant win today. The Cougars got off to a 4-0 lead after the 1st and never looked back. With the help from players from all 4 years, the Cougars took this game 16-1 only allowing the single Lower Merion goal late in the 4th Quarter. The Cougars had help from 3 different goal tenders in net tonight holding the Aces to just 1 goal. Starter and Towson commit, Jackson Kennedy, Freshman Michael DePetris, and Senior Sean Porter all contributed in net for the Cougars tonight. The Cougars look ahead to Saturday mornings matchup against Spring-Ford.
