North Gaston Wildcats (Dallas, NC) supporters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Ashbrook Greenwave (Gastonia, NC), 13-0 in a league game.

With the triumph, North Gaston improves its record to 6-8 on the year. The Wildcats host Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC) to play the Storm in a Big South 3A game on Tuesday, April 8. The Storm enter the game with a record of 3-9. Stuart W. Cramer won 12-8 in their recent non-league game against Palisades (Charlotte, NC)
