The Quartz Hill Royals (Quartz Hill, CA) softball nipped the host Lancaster Eagles (Lancaster, CA), 3-2 in Thursday's league outing.

The Royals now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Littlerock for a Golden outing on Friday, April 4. Quartz Hill will encounter a Lobos team coming off a 13-0 league loss to Highland (Palmdale, CA). The Lobos record now stands at 2-4.
