The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Phoenix Christian Cougars (Phoenix, AZ) and the visiting St. John Paul II Catholic Lions (Avondale, AZ), observed Phoenix Christian's softball team notch a victory over St. John Paul II Catholic by a final score of 25-0.

The Cougars (12-1) will now prepare for their bout against Joseph City (Joseph City, AZ). The Wildcats go into the non-league bout with a 14-2 record. In their last bout, Joseph City gained a win over Holbrook (Holbrook, AZ), 22-0, in a non-league bout.
