The Andrew Jackson Volunteers (Kershaw, SC) baseball got by the visiting Buford Yellow Jackets (Lancaster, SC), 3-2 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Volunteers now own a 8-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hartsville for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 7. Andrew Jackson will clash with a Red Foxes team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Sumter (Sumter, SC). The Red Foxes record now stands at 13-2.

With the defeat, Buford drops to 7-8 on the year. The Yellow jackets travel to Central (Pageland, SC) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 14. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 9-5.
