Seymour Panthers (Seymour, TX) fans exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they witnessed their softball team run past the host Electra Tigers (Electra, TX), 23-5 in a league match.

The Panthers (8-13) will now prepare for their match against Archer City (Archer City, TX). The Wildcats come into the 2A Region II District 9 match with a 9-7 record. In their last match, Archer City notched a victory over Olney (Olney, TX), 17-0, in a league match.
