Virginia High School Softball - Meridian bounces Madeira
April 30, 2022: McLean, VA 22102 Meridian Mustangs (Falls Church, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Madeira (McLean, VA), 21-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Mustangs now own a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they host Sidwell Friends for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 2.
With the loss, Madeira falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The travel to Episcopal (Alexandria, VA) to battle the Maroon in a challenge on Tuesday, May 3. The Maroon enter the challenge with a record of 1-1. Episcopal won 22-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Georgetown Day (Washington, DC)
