The Mustangs now hold a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Novinger for a non-league outing on Friday, May 3. Marion County will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 13-2 non-league loss to Brashear (Brashear, MO). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-15.
Next, the Tigers confront the Atlanta Hornets (Atlanta, MO) in a non-league outing, on Friday, May 3. Higbee will attempt to advance on its 9-5 season record. The Hornets go into the outing with a 7-9 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Milan (Milan, MO).
