The Harbor Pirates baseball squad (Santa Cruz, CA), was overwhelmed 7-1 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the visiting Santa Clara Bruins (Santa Clara, CA)

With the triumph, Santa Clara moves its record to 20-3 on the season. The Bruins host MacDonald (San Jose, CA) to confront the Condor in a El Camino contest on Thursday, May 1. The Condor come into the contest with a record of 1-18. MacDonald lost 15-0 in their recent league contest against Saratoga (Saratoga, CA)

The Pirates now possess a 13-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Lorenzo Valley for a Santa Cruz Coast contest on Friday, May 2. Harbor will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Watsonville (Watsonville, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 3-16.
