The Sheridan Generals baseball team scored 9 runs and held the host River View Black Bears to 6 in the Generals league win on Wednesday.

The Generals now own a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Meadowbrook for a Muskingum Valley test on Thursday, May 1. Sheridan will clash with a Colts team coming off a 3-2 league win over Crooksville (Crooksville, OH). The Colts record now stands at 5-6.

With the defeat, River View drops to 10-9 on the year. The Black bears travel to Maysville (Zanesville, OH) to clash with the Panthers in a Muskingum Valley test on Friday, May 2.
