The Lewis Lancers baseball squad (Springfield, VA), was overwhelmed 16-1 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Edison Eagles (Alexandria, VA)

With the triumph, Edison moves its record to 10-6 on the season. The Eagles host Justice (Falls Church, VA) to confront the Wolves in a National contest on Tuesday, May 5. The Wolves come into the contest with a record of 12-6.

The Lancers now possess a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hayfield for a National contest on Monday, May 4. Lewis will confront a Hawks squad coming off a 12-0 league win over Mount Vernon (Alexandria, VA). The Hawks record now stands at 12-5.
