Mississippi High School Baseball - Delta Academy can't hold off West Memphis Christian
April 4, 2022: Marks, MS 38646 The West Memphis Christian Black Knights baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Delta Academy Raiders to 6 in the Black Knights league victory on Monday.
The Black Knights (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Columbus Christian Academy (Steens, MS). The rams come into the MAIS AA District 2 challenge with a 9-2 record. In their last challenge, Columbus Christian Academy got by Regents (Oxford, MS), 13-2, in a league challenge.
With the defeat, Delta Academy falls to 1-6 on the season. The Raiders host Tunica Academy (Tunica, MS) to encounter the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 5. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Tunica Academy won 16-0 in their recent league challenge against North Sunflower Academy (Drew, MS)
