The Minnechaug Regional Falcons baseball team (Wilbraham, MA), was overwhelmed 15-2 in Monday's non-league outing with the visiting Taconic Braves (Pittsfield, MA)

The Braves now hold a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holyoke for a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 6. Taconic will confront a Purple Knights team coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Pope Francis (Chicopee, MA). The Purple Knights record now stands at 0-1.

Next, the Falcons confront the Shrewsbury Colonials (Shrewsbury, MA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, April 6. Minnechaug Regional will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Colonials go into the outing with a 1-0 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Nashoba Regional (Bolton, MA).
