West Allegheny Indians (Imperial, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting North Hills Indians (Pittsburgh, PA), 5-4 in a league test.

With the win, West Allegheny upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Indians host Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, PA) to battle the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Friday, April 8. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 3-4. Mt. Lebanon won 7-4 in their recent league test against Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA)

With the defeat, North Hills falls to 2-1 on the season. The Indians travel to Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA) to battle the Colts in a WPIAL 5A 3 test on Monday, April 11. The Colts come into the test with a record of 3-3.
