Arizona High School Baseball - Notre Dame Prep nips Saguaro

April 4, 2022: Scottsdale, AZ 85260

Notre Dame Prep Saints (Scottsdale, AZ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Notre Dame Prep upgrades its record to 13-4 on the season. The Saints host Peoria (Peoria, AZ) to battle the Panthers in a 4A West Valley test on Tuesday, April 5. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 11-8. Peoria won 11-0 in their recent league test against Goldwater (Phoenix, AZ)

With the defeat, Saguaro falls to 9-9 on the season. The Sabercats host Prescott (Prescott, AZ) to battle the Badgers in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 6. The Badgers come into the test with a record of 8-6. Prescott won 8-6 in their recent league test against Mohave (Bullhead City, AZ)
