California High School Lacrosse - Monte Vista drops to Sage Creek
April 4, 2022: Carlsbad, CA 92010 In Monday's non-league test, the host Sage Creek Bobcats lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-9 victory over the Monte Vista Monarchs.
The Bobcats now have a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Olympian for a non-league test on Thursday, April 7. Sage Creek will face a Eagles squad coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Mira Mesa (San Diego, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-4.
In their next game, the Monarchs face the Hilltop Lancers (Chula Vista, CA) in a Metro Mesa test, on Wednesday, April 6. Monte Vista will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record. The Lancers come into the test with a 5-7 record after their 10-3 non-league win over Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA).
