Alabama High School Softball - Brindlee Mountain bounces Pennington
April 4, 2022: Blountsville, AL 35031 Brindlee Mountain Lions (Guntersville, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Pennington Tigers (Blountsville, AL), 18-3 in a league challenge.
The Lions now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host Douglas for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 7. Brindlee Mountain will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over North Sand Mountain (Higdon, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 18-5.
With the loss, Pennington falls to 2-14 on the campaign. The Tigers host Locust Fork (Locust Fork, AL) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 12. The Hornets come into the game with a record of 1-7. Locust Fork lost 8-3 in their recent non-league game against Boaz (Boaz, AL)
